Your privacy matters. This policy explains how Arvexis collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects your information.

Arvexis is operated by VANTASIGNAL TECHNOLOGIES LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("VantaSignal," "we," "us," or "our").
This Privacy Policy explains how Arvexis collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use the Arvexis application, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
Arvexis is designed as a private AI companion that can communicate through Message and Talk, help you record and reflect on Dreams, remember information across conversations, work with content you choose to share, access current information when appropriate, and support certain creative capabilities.
This Policy currently applies to the United States version of Arvexis.
Depending on how you use Arvexis, you may provide us with:
Account information. This may include your name, email address, authentication information, account preferences, language preferences, and information associated with sign-in methods such as Apple or Google.
Messages and conversations. We process the text you send to Arvexis and the responses generated during your conversations.
Talk and voice information. Voice processing depends on the feature you use. In realtime Talk, audio is transmitted directly from the member's browser or device to the applicable realtime AI provider and does not pass through Arvexis's backend. Other voice-enabled features, including Dream voice entry, Message dictation, and Dream voice conversation, may upload recorded audio to Arvexis for transcription. In those flows, the audio is held temporarily for the transcription request and is deleted from Arvexis's temporary storage after processing, including failure paths. Conversation records and resulting transcripts may be retained according to the applicable product behavior and this Policy. Provider-side handling will be described according to the verified terms applicable at launch.
Dreams and Dream Reflections. We process Dreams you choose to record or type, along with Dream Reflections and related conversation content. Dreams may include highly personal or sensitive information, so Arvexis treats them as private member content and does not make them public by default.
Uploads and shared content. You may choose to upload or share documents, images, audio, video, links, or other content for Arvexis to analyze. Uploaded documents, images, audio, and video may be processed using third-party AI services.
Memory and continuity information. Arvexis may maintain structured information derived from your conversations so that the relationship can continue across sessions. This can include Shared Memories, active life threads, continuity information, corrections, and other relationship context.
Information Arvexis derives from your interactions. Alongside what you tell Arvexis directly, Arvexis may derive structured signals from your interactions — such as communication preferences or style, interaction and relationship context, and other classifications used by its governed continuity systems. Derived signals are inferences, not statements of fact about you, and Arvexis keeps track of whether something came from you directly or was inferred.
Arvexis distinguishes between member-facing memories and internal continuity information. Some internal continuity information may be included in your data export even when it is not ordinarily displayed as a Shared Memory.
Support and communications. If you contact us, we may collect your name, email address, the content of your request, and information needed to respond.
Subscription and transaction information. If you purchase a paid Arvexis plan, we receive information about your subscription and transaction status from the applicable payment platform. We do not need to receive your complete payment-card credentials when payment is processed by Apple, Google, Stripe, or another payment processor.
