These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Arvexis, including the Arvexis application, websites, software, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
Arvexis is operated by VANTASIGNAL TECHNOLOGIES LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“VantaSignal,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Arvexis.
These Terms currently apply to the United States version of Arvexis.
Arvexis is a private AI companion designed to get to know you over time.
Depending on your account, plan, device, and available features, Arvexis may provide capabilities including:
- Message conversations;
- realtime Talk;
- Dream recording and Dream Reflections;
- Dream Journal and recurrence-related features;
- Shared Memories and relationship continuity;
- uploads and analysis of documents, images, audio, video, or links;
- current-information research;
- image generation and creative assistance;
- read-aloud or other voice capabilities;
- account, privacy, correction, forgetting, export, and deletion controls.
Features may evolve over time.
A description of a feature does not guarantee that every feature will always be available, available on every device, or available under every plan.
We may add, modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features as permitted by law and these Terms.
